B.A. in English from University of Chicago, 1999; M.A. in Arts and Humanities Education from New York University, 2005. She's a painter and has participated in group shows at 96 Gillespie Gallery in London and at Clementine Gallery in New York. She enjoys books, movies, LPs, animals, kids, swimming, cities, crossword puzzles, and the idea of sports.
