TA Help

When you have exhausted your own gray matter in trying to solve your problem, Digi TA's are available to help you at the times listed on the Lab Hours page. Cage TA's can replenish ink and clean the heads on the 4000 printers at any time.

Staff Help

Edgar and Karl are also available to help you with your technical questions and projects. You may approach us Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, and be aware that your problem may take some time to solve. If you would like a tech-out on equipment, please make an appointment with one of us in advance and reserve the station at the Cage for your appointment time. If you need help with video, audio, or building a DVD, please make an appointment with Edgar and set aside a good chunk of time for your project.
