For Photography and Imaging Incoming Transfer Students only.
This course combines Visual Thinking with an introduction to digital imaging at an accelerated pace for new transfer students. A small class size will allow the course to be tailored to the experience of the students. The course will cover the basics of Photoshop and Illustrator as tools for photo-based image making as well as scanning and output options. Students work on several small assignments to explore technical and conceptual issues, and will have the opportunity to complete a small project of their own for the end of the term.
